Return Window

You may return most items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging
  • Tags and labels must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required
  • Customised or personalised items are non-returnable unless defective

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within the return window
  2. Share your order number and reason for return
  3. We will arrange a pickup or guide you on how to ship the item back
  4. Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return

Refund Method

Refunds are credited back to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please share a photo with us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
